The blind was of acceptable quality. However, the delivery experience was bad. The blind was not delivered on the day or the time that I was told. When I contacted English Blinds they were not interested in helping. I did not receive replies to emails sent to either the delivery company (XPD) or to English Blinds.

Easy to put together and fit. perfect

They had 2 goes at making a blind for us. On the first one the pattern was not horizontal. The second one had the pattern more or less horizontal but not vertical. I would imagine the material was not made properly but English Blinds had accepted it and were selling it as a perfect blind. I have paid top price for a second rate product.

My four aluminium venetian blinds arrived promptly, although the day after I was notified. Although two of the windows are very wide,they were easy to fit, look great and are excellent value. Very pleased with the result

This is my 3rd order from English Blinds. So easy to install. Perfect fit. My only previous gripe had been the delivery service. That has been sorted this order came by Parcel Force. Perfect 5star rating.

The people are very off-hand. When I first rang for advice and to place an order I was simply told to "do it online and get 20% discount" without even offering to help. I had to chase confirmation emails and was told to check my spam folder as most emails to hotmail end up there. Again no suggestion they are sorting the problem. When I rang to chase my order several days after the due delivery date, I was told customer service dept had all gone on holiday (as if that is my problem) and didn't get a promised return call. On chasing yet again, I discovered the blind hadn't even gone into production some 20 days after placing the order. It was to be made and dispatched that day for delivery following day. Two days later I received my blind through Parcelforce 48hr dispatch. At no time did I receive any apology for poor service or any offer of recompense. I will not use this company again. If I had read more of the recent reviews for this company, I would not have placed the order in the first place. The blind is as ordered (ie correct material and dimensions) however quality of fabric is disappointingly cheap and flimsy.
