Great customer service!

Great customer service! I have had some teething problems, slight delay in original order but they let me know and offered an alternative. I wasn't in any major rush so kept with what i ordered. It arrived - unfortunately the pelmet was slightly the wrong length so Matt was really helpful and sent our 2 new ones straight away.. a couple of months in an one of the cords broke - informed Matt by email - he got a new blind out with all new fittings within about a week.. i was really impressed. the only slight downside is the clips for the pelmet aren't very robust.. but they've sent me a few so sure they will be fine now the blinds in place! I will definitely use this company again - the product is lovely im 100% happy with the quality. Matt's been fab from start to finish. would certainly recommend.

My blind arrived after 2 weeks a little long to wait but they did stipulate delivery times from 1-10 buissness days so carn't complain blind is perfect and excellent quality so very happy with my purchase

No delivery tracking

After 14 days faux wood blinds were delivered unannounced. No tracking Email sent. Just as well my wife was in. Shabby customer communication at best. On a positive note, the blinds were exactly as expected, correct dims and fitted perfectly. The quality was also decent, which made up for faux service. Possibly give them another chance if i need any more blinds but looking at other reviews here, customer service isn't their strong point. Over all an average experience.

5 years down the line with my excellent…

Blind Simple

Recently ordered a blind for our new bathroom. It arrived a day after the "Range" of dates they promised....so what. This is the 5th blind that we have purchased from English Blinds over a number of years and would not go anywhere else. Good quality, great service and never had any issues with missing parts, late delivery etc. highly recommended.
