Charged my account twice after I canceled the membership via support ticket. Helga was absolutely unprofessional and had no consideration for the fact that I needed to cancel my membership and I really needed the money. After pleading with her for a refund she had zero consideration for my financial situation. 0/0 support, ill never work with this company again.

I gave 4 stars overall since the day before Identity Guard offered a call back option and I indicated that I was not available form 3-5; with the return call coming at 2:57. There was no way it would take 3 minutes so I had to call back the next day and got this helpful agent. Wish their call back was better

I'm very satisfied with Leon's assistance. He went above and beyond to check every avenue available to him as far as checking my report to make sure no new accounts were set up as well as call the creditor and letting them know this wasn't me.
