Jeff is the consummate professional. He communicates clearly and explains everything exceedingly well, and allows for good conversational interplay with the client (me) -- i.e., I often interjected a question or comment while he was talking/explaining, yet he took it in stride and kept the two-way flow of communication and understanding flowing. He also presented me with excellent advice for actions I could take on my own moving forward to further protect my data. He is a great ambassador for your company. I am a current customer due to a health insurance company's breach of their provider data when I was billing patients, receiving free monitoring for a period of time. Simply because of the excellence of his service, I will certainly be inclined to become a paying subscriber once my gratuitous period ends. Thank you Jeff!

I am extremely pleased with the identity theft support that I've received from Identity Guard. After fraudulent credit applications were made, Identity Guard sent an email alert. I then worked with a knowledgeable staff member to notify the companies, stop the applications and in one case close an account. The staff member, with me on the phone, contacted all parties and significantly stream lined the process and put me at ease. The membership has definitely paid off already. I highly recommend using Identity Guard.

SCAMMY PRACTICE FOR AUTO-RENEWALS, NO REFUNDS

Watch out!! Subscriptions are automatically set to auto-renew. The terms and conditions specify that once a renewal is made no refunds will be given for any reason. A very scammy practice. I had cancelled my subscription the same day that I saw the auto-renew charge pending and received auto-generated email that conveniently requested I contact customer service for more information to cancel the subscription. This auto-email prevented me from canceling in time and Aura will not issue even a pro-rated refund. Poor business practices for a service that is mediocre at best.

Real professional help and ID theft support

I’ve been a customer of Aura - Identity Guard for 9 years. There were some public “data breaches” where all of my personal information was recently compromised. My ID was stolen and used to open accounts and steal current funds. My ID Guard restitution specialist, Judith, assigned to my case is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She helped guide me through all the steps required to execute on my end, in great detail. You hear the commercials about ID theft and how difficult it is…these ads severely understate the devastation of watching your well being disappear overnight. The Aura ID Guard folks helped relive the stress and anxiety of the unknown. (Like the “Dark Web” which really exist). Thanks for the azibg and continued support.

account access problems

We have an account which was using two different e-mail accounts and sign-in access, and I couldn't access either account. Bob was an outstanding help in having me find my passwords and renew our membership by explaining the distinct advantages and benefits of our coverage. Cant say enough about how helpful and patient he was.
