It's a gamble. If you invest money into an expensive watch, you might end up getting the one with a defect (or who knows what, since who knows how and where they source their watches). If that happens, customer service will disappear. 2 year warranty means almost nothing as they either fix it for 1/2 year or they say that the specific defect they sent the watch with is not covered by warranty (then send the working watch without defects!!!). DO NOT BUY. SPEND COUPLE EXTRA HUNDRED AND BUY FROM THE OFFICIAL SELLERS

STAY AWAY! It is N O T L E G I T !!! As sketchy as it gets... Before you decide to spend your hard earned money, please read and learn from my experience. As everyone else, I found this place looking for a better deal than the official stores. Investing into a thousands of $, Swiss watch should be seen as such (investment) and should be taken seriously. I have purchased expensive Swiss watch for my partner and it took some time for them to ship the item NY to NY. The item arrives and STOPS WORKING after 5 wears (no nicks, hits or any other sign of wear). Ok, maybe it happens to Swiss watchmakers too, once in zillion years, but I'll just contact the store, they will send a replacement due to this one being defective, or if they don't have it in stock, they will refund the cost, apologize and send me the label to return the faulty high end, expensive product they sold defective. Here, things turn super super sketchy. I called and asked if I should take the item to Swiss brand's flagship NY store to use the warranty and the person on the other end of the line yelled in panic ''NO!!! Send it to us!'' They told me that within my 2 year warranty, no matter the item was new, they will repair it, not replace it. As repairing the faulty luxury item, sold as ''brand new'', sounded ridiculous, I reached out to their customer service via email who is completely useless. They would tell you ''We can only repair it'', you would ask ''Why'' (and provide 10 arguments for replacing nor repairing) and their response would be ''Because we can only repair it'' (that is the difference between good and bad customer service). To make it even more disrespectful, they required me to pay UPS costly signature shipping (how ridiculous is that?). I asked if I can drop it off at their place (residential building in Brooklyn, not a business) and they said that is not an option (???), that I have to pay to ship the item they sold faulty. Repair of the brand new item lasted for 3 MONTHS. They were unable to provide updates nor there is a deadline for how long they can hold your faulty item in their possession. Customer service is useless and is repeating that it will take untill the item is fixed even 2 years if needed. The horror doesn't end there. After another 5 wears, during the airport terminal walk, my partner hear a ''ding'' sound, as if a coin was dropped. As they did not see the coin, they just proceeded to catch the flight. Later that night, before the shower, the watch was off and the back case was MISSING. If it was not sad and frustrating, it would be funny. They held faulty new Swiss luxury watch they sold faulty for 3 months of repair, they did not put the back case well and it fell off. No hits, dings, nor any sign of mechanical damage after those 5+5 wears (2 defects noted in 10 wears). Customer service simply said that they understand my frustration and that what I reported was concerning (?!?!?!?!???), but without any explanation, they stated they can not assist. I ask why since (arguments, logics, customer standpoint) and their response, as same as with the 1st defect was ''We can not assist because we can not assist.'' (WatchMaxx customer service right there). I will take them to court. I will report them to BBB, Consumer Protection Bureau and I will make sure that my experience touches as many as potential buyers. Do not invest thousands into the timepiece sold by the business who's in panic when you mention Flagship store, who is hiding their face and is unable to communicate on a logical and human level. This could be you after buying long lasted Rolex, PP, Omega or any other timepiece you saved for and longed for years. Therefore, once more, please learn from my experience, save some more and enjoy your beautiful watch, as well as the piece of mind behind the real warranty. AVOID AT ALL COST!

For me, I wear a watch all day and night. Buying online is difficult at best. WatchMaxx has a USA phone # and a NY address. I was able to talk with a salesman who answered all of my questions. My Luminox is great, light weight and very comfortable. I was concerned it would be to big and recently had a negative experience with another online co. WatchMaxx assured me if I was not pleased there would be no problem with return, just follow the instructions. I would highly recommend this company and I will buy from them in the future. Alan
