I also communicated with Jose, who was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with UPS was quite irritating; however, that was not WatchMaxx's fault.

I purchased an Oris X Cervo Volante from Watchmaxx. That watch is supposed to come with leather accessories from Cervo Volante. After receiving the watch I confirmed with Oris directly that the accessories I received were not in fact authentic Cervo Volante accessories. After providing this proof (directly from Oris) to Watchmaxx customer support, they said they were unwilling to do anything. I will be avoiding Watchmaxx in the future due to this experience.
