I had the best service here, great customer service. I had a old streetka had loads of faults with it and had no credit history because of my age so I got recommended this place in tonypandy. Went there and they were amazing didn’t try and force anything on me, told me what was what. Traded in my old car and found me a finance company that would take me on, and I got my dream car fiat 500 lounge. They are great people and worth going to, the people in particular is the manager Chris, Sales men Toby and Shane. They really take care of you. Deffinetly worth it

Great experience with this company. Our salesman Mark Burridge was extremely helpful and so different to previous experiences of pushy salesmen. We were able to reserve the car and drive away the same say as test driving and making the decision to purchase. I am so pleased with it and will definitely recommend this place :)

Went to Pinetree cars superstore in Tonypandy this Sunday to look for a new car for myself instead of to going to the usual Trade Center Wales and so glad I did! I was looked after by two men, Mark Burridge and Toby Grist. They were so friendly and helpful, made my experience so much easier with all their help. I first contacted Pinetree after seeing a Sponsored advert on Facebook. ( Great marketing FB ). I had a browse on their Website and found two cars that ticked the boxes. I messaged them on Facebook and had patient and polite reply by Mohammed. We made a visit the same day. Dixie was our sales guy, knowledgeable about the car we liked, and gave a good rate on our part ex. We have used quite a few car show rooms, ranging from the best to the absolute worse ! Pinetree currently stand high up on those rankings. Good prices, well stocked, polite team !

Very good dealership, had a few bits of paint work to be done to on the car, they booked me in ASAP, and sorted it out. Top job guys

Shane was our salesman. Good job. Went the extra mile and picked us up to collect the new car as it wasn't a part ex deal. Trust a couple of touch ups will be done once booked in.
