This is the second time this has happened to me with this company. I ordered two wigs and two weeks later, still have not received them. So I emailed them and they tried to blame the Post Office, saying that the Post Office is behind on scanning in tickets. Because it's still said that the Post Office is waiting on the package and the next day the Post Office picked it up from them. It sat there for 2 weeks, and they did not Ship my shit out until 2 weeks later. When I had to say something and the fact that they blamed the Post Office is ridiculous and not okay. I understand it happening once, but both times I've ordered from this company. It's happened.Something is up with this company and I don't trust them

2/14/25 FedEx claim they tried to deliver, no ticket left on my my glass door..On 2/15/25 FedEx delivery my package to the wrong address, FedEx has pictures taken by the driver. In response I emailed a picture of my glass doorway. In reaching out to Ebonyline,stated for me to 🤔 Go walk around your neighborhood and ask your neighbors about my package because the package was delivered. At this point I stated so, Ebonyline isn't willing to help FedEx help put a claim in?????? To get my $200 dollar or my package😠😠🤬🤬😡😡😡 I wish I could give them a O zero
I purchased a wig from Ebonyline
I purchased a wig from Ebonyline. I spent $44. I accidentally selected the wrong color so I asked to do an exchange but they told me they don’t do exchanges but I could return the wig. I spent $11 to ship it back to them. I go look at my refund today and they only gave me $27. That means I got $17 back. I spent $37 with nothing to show for it. I would’ve kept the wig if I knew that would be my “refund.”

Terrible customer service and bad business practices. My order was NEVER delivered to my house or my locked mailbox. Reached out to post office and Ebonyline regarding missing package. Ebonyline refused to take any type of productive action nor did they give me a refund. I will never spend money with them again! I DO NOT recommend this company.

I ordered from this company & only tried to change the apartment number and they told me to send a copy of my credit card. It sounds like a scam! And on top of that, there’s no actual number to contact them! This company is a complete joke! Dont order, it’s a scam!!!

After reading the negative reviews for this site I think a majority of customers issues are with the “shipping polices”and not READING said polices before they make a purchase with them. I’m the type to do my due diligence before I can comfortably drop coins online…so I was aware of all the nuances (no contact from vendors regarding out of stock merch unless requested at time of purchase and customer has to eat return to sender fees….Etc)they can put people though for returns and whatever, there actually pretty upfront about it…. ( now regarding the quality of the items I purchase that were 10/10! In my opinion the rating should be much higher for this wig merchant! I’ve had over 5 successfully shipments from them and the only issues I could raise is that free shipping (or the shipping that’s free after a price point) takes weeks and weeks…..yet still I don’t feel like it’s something to complain about online. I’m a happy customer for the most part I’d say!! thanks Ebonyline!

This company is a Joke... after watch a YouTube video of their product. I decided to order. I ordered 6 bags of the Outre X-pression bobo island twist only received 3 bags. Reached out to let them know. The response I got was PER THEIR WARWHOUSE MANAGER 6 BAGS WERE PACKED and that they have video proof. What a joke. And Icing on the cake is I stated that everytime I see some inquiring about the quality of their hair I would recommend that they don't purchase from from they stated that they wouldn't do business with me again. As if I would. NEVER AGAIN.

Deceiving Company
This company likes to manipulate and deceive their customers. They are quick to take your money for a product they have for sale on line then turn around and email you that half of your order is not in stock. When you contact support you will get the same robotic/ generic response. 7 times they have done this to me do not waste you time, money, or sanity on this company you will sadly disappointed!
