Was asking about delivery for my items

My last purchase was on 5/22/22.And I liked my wigs they were the same as advertised.The hair was good quality.And they in a decent time frame.I also have prior orders dating back to 2019.So far haven't had any problems.So when I can I will be purchasing agin.

I've been going to this company for many years and when I use their chat I get rude customer service attitude when the sad part is this was not the first time. I'm just trying to figure out my order. It will be the last time ordering from them. Great wigs but customer service is terrible!

I have been purchasing from Ebonyline for at least 10 years and never had an issue. If I have a question of concern their response time is quick and they people are always kind. My last email was with MAHAZ and they were very attentive!!

I had been a customer for years, and never had any problems, never had to communicate with customer service until recently. Over the years I had read reviews from various sites, and was like WOW, I have never experienced that...... But I did, and I will never, ever order from them again. I wanted this Freetress London Girl wig, and saw it was listed on their Facebook website for $17.95, but listed on their website for $19.99. I emailed them regarding the price difference, that I wanted to purchase for the Facebook price. They requested a picture which I attached to my email, and I ordered two. OMG, the nastiness, and the threats started with each response from them. I was told I would be refunded the difference in the price - never happened (even though it was only $4.08) which they thought was funny. I was told they have over 500 orders daily to get out, and don't have time to just focus on my problem. I was told if I keep complaining, asking questions, etc.. I would be blocked from ordering with them. They don't have to be concerned about that because this was my last order with them. I refuse to spend money with this type of nastiness. I was so outdone.

Shipping is sooo fast and hair products are also great quality! MAHAZ
