Great Customer Service and Range of Products

I've had wonderful experiences with Ebonyline. They sell a range of amazing hair products which make it quite convenient to find all that you need in one place. Also, living in New Zealand where there is a very limited supply of hair products for my hair type, it's great to have a go-to place with fast shipping to this part of the world. I also appreciate their great customer service. On my last two orders, I needed to make some changes. I emailed their customer service team and Daejonna D. resolved the issues quite quickly. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service! :-) I'll definitely be ordering again.

Totally inflexible customer service

I NO LONGER LIVE IN LOS ANGELES (NORTH LAS VEGAS) BUT CANNOT CHANGE TRUSTPILOT PROFILE Rating: I have been going in circles with Ebonyline about receiving/wanting to return a wig I purchased that is the wrong color. First of all, they have no telephone customer svc; secondly, I tried their online chat -- real joke because they are NO HELP AT ALL; thirdly, I have to pay $7.95 to return the wig and Ebonyline is goining to charge me %20 restocking fee AND deduct the original shipping cost. I am a senior citizen and Daejonna D. was helpful and patient but she does not make the rules. I've purchased 5 wigs from Ebonyline (never returned one) and had no idea how inflexible they actually are. Even though I'm sure they don't give a darn, I'll find someone else to purchase from, perhaps locally. No more references from this shopper. 7/29/2021: Ebonyline had the nerve to reply to my posting with a lot of "talk-speak" about why I have to spend almost as much as the wig cost to return it. Like I said, they have lost me as a customer and I won't stoop as low as I could to voice what I hope happens to their company. Ebonyline and parent company IONE, INC, which is part of the Machinery, Equipment, and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers Industry (according to Dun&Bradstreet), are the pits. 8/2/2021 -- Their marketing service (or Ebonyline themselves) sent me a feedback request email. They must be out of their minds! What are they thinking about? They just provided me another opportunity to vent about their inflexible customer service practices. I not only gave them my feedback but also forwarded the email to their customer service email address.

Unfair Practices

I placed a order for clips. Clip arrived cracked and I sent a request for instructions on how to get a refund. I was told to send an RMA form, which I did with image. I am literally in a back and forth battle with Daejonna D about images not being sent and she cannot see the crack in the clips. I have never in my life had to go back and forth with customer service like this. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.They just did not want to provide a refund.

Great Quality Wigs / Customer Service!!

I've ordered from Ebonyline many times and I always find many unique wigs for the the best prices. I absolutely love the units that I recently purchased!!! They arrived safely and on time. I love that the tracking information is always updated and I was always notified. The hair is exactly what is displayed on the site and it is even more beautiful in person.
