THEE WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! I have never encountered a more poorly trained, unprofessional company in my life!!!!! They’re truly the entire ghetto!!! I was told that all packs of hair weren’t in stock, although I paid for 4 packs of hair. I then told them to issue a refund for the 1 pack of hair they did not have and was told I would receive the refund!!!! I then went to a different company to purchase the one pack of hair they emailed me saying they didn’t have since I needed 4 packs total for my hairstyle. After being told I would be refunded for the one back of hair their unprofessional selves said they didn’t have, I had to email them asking when would first, my order ship, and two, be refunded for the one pack of hair they “didn’t” have. They’ll tell you one thing but of course not follow through with what they tell you they’ll do!!! You have to reach out to them numerous times to get a response. They are so ready to shoot you down without fully reading the email since they don’t take phone calls anymore. They have a cheap minded mentality and I’m sure they’ll never level up since they provide low level service!!!! They don’t value your dollar; only there’s. You speak to a ton of different people and everyone says they’re going to make note of when you need the order and make sure it’s sent out the day they say they’re going to send it, but I had to contact them every time bc they never followed through with what they said they would do. So again, I emailed them bc I had not received confirmation of a refund or a shipment confirmation to asked them where was the tracking info and my refund. I’m then told that they have all of the product in stock and that I won’t receive a refund. Mind you, I’ve already purchased the one pack needed for my hairstyle because I was told they didn’t have it in stock!!! Proper customer service would have known what was in inventory before you tell someone that you do or don’t have the item. My last words to them was to refund me for the pack of hair they did not have. I should have received an email saying they indeed had all packs of hair in stock, but no, I was not updated at all and went to purchase the last pack of hair elsewhere. The untrained woman, (the 5th person I’ve talked to about my order) emails me back saying they have all packs of hair and will be sending me all 4 packs of hair and asked if that was okay. I emailed her back saying no it wasn’t okay because I already purchased the last pack of hair they said they didn’t have and asked AGAIN for a refund for the one pack they didn’t have. This took place at about 420pm. They then tell me it’s nothing else they can do bc the order had already been sent off which was a lie because when I received tracking, the shipment order wasn’t even created until 448pm and the order wasn’t picked up until 509p. So a refund should have been made bc when asked, I told them to refund me. The shipment info had not been created when they told me it was sent off. I can’t even begin to explain how horrible of a company they are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!! If anything goes wrong, they’ll put it on you!!! They’re too thirsty for a coin and it shows. They’re not understanding or compassionate!!! If I could give them a negative rating I would. They’re not even good enough for a zero star rating. UPDATE: In response to your reply, it was VERY unprofessional for someone to tell me that all 4 packs weren’t available, then come back and say that they were available! Once they found out they were all available, I should have been contacted. Because I wasn’t contacted, I went to another site to purchase one pack, which I had to pay an additional $5 for shipping because it was only ONE pack. Therefore, I spent a total addition of $13 ALL because I was told the one pack wasn’t available!!! Once I said to refund me, that’s what should have happened!!! It’s VERY unprofessional to be told that it would ship 8/2/21 when it was 8/10/21 when the emails took place. It was VERY unprofessional to say that it had been noted in my account to ship “early Tuesday” and I had to email you all to “remind” you to ship my order. I emailed you all that Monday and received NO response the whole day!! I again had to email that Tuesday to be told the items weren’t in stock and that the new order would ship that Tuesday and that I’d receive tracking “shortly” from Hector. Then the next time I spoke with someone, it was totally different than the thousands of other people I spoke with. The next day was Daejonna D who I had to refresh about the situation told me that I would be refunded for the one pack and that again after I asked that the one pack was not available. If I was to send back the one pack, shipping and restock fee would be taken out and for a $8 pack of hair, I wouldn’t receive any kind of a refund. Which is NOT fair!!! You all told me that the pack wasn’t available. I shdve been refunded!

a TOTALLY GHETTO & UNPROFESSIONAL company that is still using COVID over a year later as an excuse to not have a phone number to assist their customers directly. I will not spend money with businesses that dont respect me enough to talk to me directly taking my money. They also dont honor hardly any of the Coupon Codes associated with thee website. Even if you place a large order w/ them they dont offer u a real discount off. Bad businessers all around.
