Ebonyline far exceeds other hair stores. Their prices are the best I can find. I’ve made numerous orders from them, usually ordering several wigs at a time. Last order was #1410129. I emailed the next day to make sure all units were in stock. Within minutes Hector emailed me back to confirm I will get everything & that the shipment was already going out to me. I have POS/ Customer service representative Experience/ Knowledge in high & low end Department stores, over 20 yrs. & Professional Customer service Licensed Security officer Experience since 2006, I ordered a unit on- line 8/2/2021 and Immediately realized , wrong color, Ive Emailed, faxed and has called ebony line requesting an RMA no. Getting a pre recorded message asking to allow them 1-2 business days to get back to you, only to be Totally disregarded , Today is August 22,2021 still no communication from ebony line, On principal, Ive Contacted my banking establishment & the BBB for a simple resolution of Returning an unopened package/ unit for a full refund of this purchase. Exercising Ebony lines return policy, To further insult the Situation Ebony line sends me an Email Stating they’d Love to hear from me about my purchase, But has yet to contact me regarding my emails , fax and unanswered telephone calls. This is why as a Black woman i don’t support Black business, the package has never been opened, & I contacted Ebony line before the order was processed , packaged and mailed out. Ebony line is Highly Unprofessional, Implementing A return policy that they dont uphold. Ive presented All proof of Trying to Contact/ return purchase to the BBB & my banking Institution for Resolve.
