I have been purchasing the same wig (Cali) for over 3 yeas from Ebonyline. 100% of my orders were expedited and delivered within 2-3 days. I've only had 1 out of 37 wigs that was defective. I followed the return policy process and was credited for the defective wig in a timely manner. Michelle has been very helpful in resolving any issue that I have.
