I ordered my QNAP TR-002 (plus other extra drives and Ram) and received it only 5 days later and that was with a weekend involved. I chose the free option of having drives fitted and the Nas checked but thinking that this would really slow down delivery. The day after ordering I received an email asking me how I wanted the Nas configured. After a few more emails that day confirming my choices or giving me RAID advise, I received another email confirming all was on it's way. I was pleased with the service. The Nas arrived very well packaged with all items safe and sound. Very good experience.

Paywand, the young man I spoke to when ordering couldn´t have been more helpful. He was polite, helpful and guided me through my purchase with him. The only issue I have is that I was told TNT would deliver within a few days but now I have checked on their website it will take 2 weeks to deliver from the UK to Gran Canaria. If I had known at the outset how long TNT would take to deliver the goods I would have paid the GBP 25 more for DHL to deliver in 2 or 3 days. But that is my fault and I will know for the future. I will use Span.com again, just not with TNT. Their prices are also excellent. 28 July 2020: TNT have now changed the delivery date and it will not take 2 weeks but will be arriving in 10 days. Still a long time but a little better.

Great service, arrived within the estimated delivery time and packaging was safe and professional. I paid a bit more than purchasing the parts separately and build it myself, but after a long research I think what span.com gives you is confidence: the drives, the memory and the SSDs are fully compatible with your NAS. I would highly recommend to upgrade the website and make it more user friendly when customizing the NAS. In my humble opinion, the old fashioned current design deteriorates the corporate image. A new design would add a level of trust and will attract future clients.

As usual, faultless and quick service. Always a plus when a company uses DPD for delivery as well. My only slight criticism would be the volume of little polystyrene pieces used to secure the NAS box within the delivery box. Pretty sure these can't be recycled. Gary
