Good advice fast service

Excellent value, service and sector knowledge. I've bought from this company twice, one a mid-range NAS (Synology 718+) and now, a 4TB NAS HDD, the first requiring a lot of research and advice, and the latter a clear explicit description of the item (there's been a bit of a controversy in the last year about some specific HDD manufacturers not being explicit about what technology their drives are using.) In both cases I've got the information I've needed, and both items were delivered the next day. 4 stars rather than 5 because (i) website is a bit primitive, and (ii) you seem to have to open an account to buy something......

Very impressed with this company. They pulled out all the stops to sort my query out, i wasn't "just another customer". Their delivery service and customer support was superb, along with keen pricing. Will definitely be using them more in the future. Well done guys/gals and specifically "Paywand", 5 stars from me.

Great service. I don’t know why I used to buy component hardware and piece it together myself. With SPAN, there’s no worrying that [your favourite online megastore] will send you incorrect or counterfeit products, or that hard disks will be dead on arrival. They assemble and check everything and still ship it 2 days after ordering. All I had to do was unbox my new NAS, plug it in and switch it on. Easy and stress free.

Prompt delivery, quick swift and courteous solution when I called for something that should have been clear to me in the first place. Absolutely recommended.
