Want to give NO stars really but no facility to do so, as we paid over £800 for bath panels and to date they have not arrived and are unlikely to arrive as we are unable to contact Bathroom Planet by phone, email etc they just seem to have disappeared and are ignoring us. Would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to stay away. Very disappointed and disgusted with Bathroom Planet. Just read that the Company has gone bust. Haven't recieved my item after 9 days, the site says all between 10 and 4, number doesn't work.

"Blair Nimmo and Geoff Jacobs of Interpath Advisory were appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of Bathroom Planet Ltd on 11 August 2022. The Company has ceased trading." Definitely a scam without a doubt! I bought a vanity unit (£400), meant to be delivered on the 26th of July (it never arrived with no email apologizing or trying to reschedule) I sent one email to customer service, as their number just goes straight to voicemail every time. I had a reply apologizing and saying it was a warehouse issue, they said it would be redelivered on the 5th of August - IT NEVER ARRIVED, AND STILL HASN'T! It's been two weeks of emails and voicemails without a response and no refund given. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Paid for items in advance after being assured via email and mobile that items will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Followed up every week with confirmation that items are being delivered as planned. Six weeks later this company is going into liquidation with the supplier DC designs confirming that the order was never placed with them. Worst experience and I still have not been refunded or contacted by the liquidators

Ordered a product and was not in stock. Cancelled the order and didn't receive refund. They have now gone into liquidation. Totally unacceptable.
