Ordered 12 solar panels with a storage battery, which were fitted in September 2024. The technician was very good, ensured that the system was correctly fitted and tested prior to departure. Set up the FoxCloud 2.0 app on mobile phones and explained the app. A manual or information booklet would have been more helpful. Still having problems understanding the readings on the app. Early days yet, won't see the benefits of having solar panels until late summer 2025. In regards to what savings will be made on our electricity bills.

Excellent installation team. No drama/hassle/issues. Finished well within timescale outlined. Very good communication from the office via email/phone/text. Thoroughly recommend.

I've waited a couple of month in order to properly assess my experience with Solar UK. My initial contact was with Naz, Solar UK's man, who 'sold' me the scheme. He explained very carefully, and in great detail, the benefits of the system ,and was not pushy about signing up on the spot. After thinking about it and discussing with my family, I went for it and everyone involved in the installation from Naz, to the scaffolding team,the finance team who arranged the loan, the electricians who fitted the system, and the customer help department who guided me through the commissioning, I happily award 5* to all. I'm amazed at how sensitive and productive the panels are , one starry night they were producing electrity even though only 6 Watts. Enough to power my phone charger. Well done guys and gals

From start to finish and afterwards Project Solar have been superb . Jobin Jose surveyor was very professional and spent several hours with us explaining everything very clearly and following up afterwards. The panel installation team were excellent friendly and generally helpful and left the site in good order. Recommend Project Solar without hesitation.
