There was a family emergency and I had to travel abroad I was advised to uses 101testing by my pharmacy and trust me this was the biggest mistake of my life . I was told I'd have the result 24 hours after doing the test well let's just say 30 hours later I was still waiting and the customer service staff were so unfriendly and condescending and rude . I was told by iqra she would chase the lab and get back to me and didn't bother when I called she rudely told me I havnt heard anything from the lab but yes it 24 hours from when the lab recovered and if you have a complaint go to your pharmacy. Let's just say I explained 100 tomes how desperate I was and they did not care one bit I don't think they have a shred of human decency and I will never use them again or recommend them I pray the government scrap the pcr testing so such scam companies can't rip of people or treat already depressed people or distraught people the way I was treated

Process was smooth. Got my Day 2 and Day 8 test kits on the right days and processing time took approximately 16-24 hours after confirmation they were received.

It's not about the tests arriving on time (mine were totally random). Ordered 3xday 2 tests 1x day 2/8 test all of which arrived on random days. 2 of the day 2 tests arrived on day 4! I then didn't get the results of the first day 2 tests until day 5. Ever hopeful I ordered a day 5 test to release which arrived promptly but my 10 days are up and I don't have my day 5 results yet (despite tracking confirming next day delivery to them). It's the unreliability which is the problem. They clearly want to take the money up front, but have a bottleneck in processing, rendering the entire set up useless! I wasted £100 on a day 5 release test. I would not recommend this company.

My tests never arrived, me and the wife had to take the test in Spain which was very simple to do and cheaper, Hope to get a refund through PayPal 🤞. Looking at all the negative results I think this company may be a scam!!!!

Do not depend on them. They promised delivery of day 2 covid test next day. We are 6 days from order and no test. When i asked they said they would try to get it to us tomorrow. When I said it was unacceptable and irresponsible, and that I would lodge a complaint as approuves supplier, their reply was:  » Good Afternoon Ghassan, Thank you for your email. I have a horrible experience dealing with this company, I booked my test with you almost a week back, had word with your customer care team a few times already but still haven’t received my kit yet.Now I have been on hold for more than 15 minutes twice already but no one bothered to answer my phone, Today is my day 02 in london and dpd shoes I am expected to get my test kit tomorrow? What is the point of booking it in advance and your team is saying even if you get it tomorrow it is fine? I would like to cancel my order with you guys and get my refund.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY COME ACROSS. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER. THIS IS AN NHS RECOMMENDED SITE. WHAT A JOKE. THIS WHOLE PROCSS IS A SCAM.

Do not use this company. Actually the whole testing thing is a COMPLETE scam and this company does not deliver on time and it’s impossible to get through to them
