Day 5 Test to Release Results eventually dropped-in at 10pm on Day 7, so I was free on Day 8. All the firm seem to do is charge £100 for giving your test to a courier. The customer has no direct connectivity to a lab, and 101’s working hours are not as long as the lab they use (so their manual upload of your results could be next day, even though the lab already processed your results at 4.15pm the day before). Raised a couple of recommendations with the company by email but they did not even respond. Disappointing, and feels like they’ve got a bit lazy on the Coronavirus testing bandwagon.

I would give a 0 if I could. I got my day 2 test on day 6. Day 5 test on day 7 and only because i complained and wanted a refund. Most places give you the results in a day. My day 8 test arrived on day12. They kept blaming Royal Mail but other providers use the same provider and I told them if their provider isn't delivering then they need to find an alternative. It isn't my problem. This is all a farce and utter rubbish. Go to Boots or Testing for All is meant to be good.

Simply not fit for purpose

Simply not fit for purpose. I arrived in the UK from an amber country on 5th July. The tests arrived on time minus one swab which I had to request separately. The day 2 test was processed 48 hours after they received it. It is now day 10 and they received my day 5 test over 4 days ago. It still shows as "awaiting sample" on their website. The day 8 sample which they received on day 9 shows as "awaiting result". Utterly useless. And I am supposed to be attending a funeral soon.

I had requested partial payment for day…

I had requested partial payment for day 5 after it was useless when result showed in day 9 , being fair i have not asked for a compensation for the tie wasted and for the miserable experience , I see 101testing had removed my testing result for day 2 and 8 which i paid for , kind or childish revenge for PayPal paid 90 pounds back !!

10 days after the end of quarantine, still waiting for test results

My mother arrived on May 14th. Today is May 31st. Day 2 test came back within 3 days. Day 8- still waiting!!!!! No phone to connect you to their service. Sent emails twice and they said to be patient, they understand the time sensitivity. I’ll ask for my money back. This is ridiculous.

Wish I had seen this site before using them Absolutely atrocious service and terrible systems My 2 day took 72 hours, my 8 day took almost 72hr for them to update the site with rejected. They gave me zero instruction on what to do. (Day 11) When I finally got someone they said, give us more money and we'll send a new test, Test arrives .. They haven't updated their systems so I can't activate it, Once again no instructions.. hours trying to call. Get it fixed and send off the new test, It gets there really early (Day 12) (Day 13),.. site says they are awaiting sample, phone them,, "Yes it takes 24hrs" (Day 14).. site says they are awaiting sample, phone them,, "Yes it takes 48hrs" Tomorrow will be day 15 and they are about to close... Every time you phone them they say "It takes X" but we will ask someone to update the system.. system doesn't update... They give you no instructions or advice... Will I get out of of quarantine in time to do the critical personal business I came here to do, before i have to leave to go home again? Not looking like it. Go elsewhere they are atrocious,

I m still waiting for answer to my emails and messages on site. No One pick up telephone. Miserable service seems more like a scam inducing people to get PCR and then ...puf... No test no refunding ...

Do not use if you expect results within 48hrs

The company started fantastic did my day 2 test and received the results the next evening but that's where the greatness ended. I received my day 8 test with no returns label so had to contact them to get this emailed to me. Sent my day 8m test back on Thursday which they received Friday. Hadn't heard anything Saturday so tried to call no telephone service available during weekends. I did eventually get a reply by email saying they will look into it for me but clearly just fobbing me off. Sunday still no reply, Monday called and emailed still no reply. Tuesday called and emailed still no reply. I need to arrange for my children to be taken to school and find this extremely irritating that I am waiting 3 days longer than needed to isolate due to the results not been sent to me. I've spoken with 119 covid track and trace and this company is not one that they can chase up to enable you to return to normal living. Personally will not be using this service again. yes they are cheaper but are clearly not able to cope with demand and I'm having to pay for taxi's for my children to get to and from school whist I await my result. If your happy to stay at home waiting for your results they might be the company for you. But if your hoping to get back to normal life/work at the end of day 10/14 then this is not the company for you. oh and to add insult to injury I can no longer leave a message on there answer machine service.
