I boarded my flight to Rio and was worried that I wasn't going to get my results on time but thankfully got them back about 7 hours before the flight and was kept informed all the way by Mariam on the phone.

Prompt updates to status of applications. time from placing order to certificate received was under 48 hours. i contacted customer services as my application was over the Xmas and Boxing Day and I was concerned that it would take considerable longer than the 72 hours before my flight. I can trust their service 100%, what they say is exactly what they deliver. Each time I go abroad my result comes back less than 12hrs. I pay for the service that is received regardless of how much it costs. It is reliable and an effective website to use.

Take you money, send the kits, then leave you hanging for the result. Probably run by Mat Hancock's gardener. Avoid

EXTREME RISK! WARNING!! Read the reviews, this company only want yo take your money. Failed to provide Lateral Flow kit for Day 2 test. Fobbed me off for 2 weeks - disgusting treatment, really should be struck off & prosecuted by Trading Standards & investigated by police. Refused to give refund as they had “provided Locator codes”! PayPal gave me full refund, I’ve reported to Trustpilot (read the “positive” replies) -really? They WILL LET YOU DOWN. My 2 day PCR test arrived the day I returned from holiday, i sent the test off that day. The sample was analysed 3 days later however I wasn't informed of the results until 2 weeks later. Very poor service considering the £80 cost.
