Ordered two Day 2/8 kits. First one never arrived and endless calls and emails to get it sent (well past the day 2 window). Day 8 samples were rejected without clear reason (they will argue user error but Day 2 samples processed fine, and they will argue the vials broke during transit which is unrealistic considering packaging). They will try to make you pay for replacements until you escalate. Bit of homework on this company reveals it is an offshoot setup by Dr Adil, who obviously has access to someone else's facility. Setup in London and recently moved to Stoney Lane in Birmingham. The "company" is basically 3 to 4 uneducated people who run the phones and emails, probably friends of Adil. How they got on the government list of recommended test suppliers is beyond me. Avoid and choose and different testing supplier.

They gave DPD the wrong address for my day 2 test and, as a result, I was unable to take the test until day 3. I've double checked that the address I supplied them was correct and it was. They really dropped the ball here.

Testing arrived late, after the date we were due to take the sample. Lables are plastic and very difficult to write on. Print on instructions to small to read even with a magnifying glass. Nobody answers the phone, Is this company a scam? Do not use!!

I have ordered day 2 test on 15.09.2021 and arrived on 20.09.2021. There is no express delivery, 1st class, or whatever they say on the website.

A reliable service and reasonably priced. Our kits arrived on time, instructions were clear to activate the kits. I was able to download our certificates when results were released a day and a half later
