101 testing do not deliver

I ordered and paid for a day 2 and day 8 test from this government recommended site. £128 in all. No kit arrived and several phone calls elicited the same response each time . The kit was on its way. Who will take responsibility for this appalling lack of service? Shouldn’t customers be automatically refunded if the company fails to keep up to its basic comittments

Day 2 test taken on on the 29/08/2021

Day 2 test taken on on the 29/08/2021. I was assured I would get my test results back within 24 hours on Thursday 03/09/2021. No sign yet. Should I not be entitled to a refund, considering they have not kept to their side of the bargain? Very unlikely I will get a refund. I will again get an apology and a whole lot of excuses, and no resolution. Cynic? No just the world we live in. Lies and deceit.

When l could not get a correct answer…

When l could not get a correct answer from the Gov.uk, I did from 101 Testing. I think they should run the Government in the UK. As it seems, you have no working one there!!

My husband and I booked day 2 tests

My husband and I booked day 2 tests. Only one turned up. When I phoned to advise them the member of staff was really defensive and obstructive. All it needed was a "sorry we you haven't received your test ........" rather than badgering me about which email I had sent it to. When I spoke to his team leader he apologised for the lack of test.

Honestly one of the easiest and best experiences I’ve had. Used many different places before but these guys were very professional and helped us all the way through. Can not recommended enough!
