The initial test for my international trip was straightforward, and I appreciated being able to drop off my samples directly at their lab near Birmingham University. However, while customer service did assist me with a delayed result for a work-related PCR test, the stress was noticeable. Other reviews mention significant delays and poor customer support, which do raise concerns. Overall, it's a bit hit or miss, earning them a solid 3 stars.

I used 101 Testing for PCR testing for an international trip in 2021. All went well. Results came in time. Like the option of being able to drop off my samples myself to the lab (which is situated close to Birmingham University) to ensure samples didn't get lost in the post. On my return I needed a pre return to work PCR. Results came within 48hrs. On departure it was getting a little close with my result being returned but I was able to ring customer service at 6pm and speak to someone who chased it for me, and I got it that evening. Glad I could speak to someone

The website is down. It is impossible to register the kit I already bought from them and I am leaving tomorrow. I can’t reach via phone or email. It is such a waste of time and money.

Awful company with no customer service! I've ordered a test on the 2nd of May early morning, 3 days later still didn't showed up.I sent the several email and I called them at least 50 times, no answer. I had to book another test at extra costs, panicking that I'm going to miss my flight. Clearly states on their website that they guarentee delivery on the next workimg day, I called DPD and they confirmed that they are not working with this company, false advertising throughout.I'm still unable to get hold of them to get a refund.

I ordered my PCR test to be delivered to my home and it got there the day after. Instructions were really simple to follow and I posted everything back the same day. I got my results in around 18 hours, not bad for the price I guess! Think they will get a 5 star if they ever make the site a little simpler to navigate for my wife...for me it was fine.

I had a great experience with these guys! I didn't fill out my address properly (silly me) and they called me whilst I was abroad to let me know! Could have been a disaster if they just left it. Despite this, I still got the test through the post on time! Dankeshun my lovelies!

I’m very disappointed with the service received. I booked this day 2 test for myself and my son via 101 COVID - COVID Travel Clinics last Wednesday 29/12/21 and understood it would be mailed the following day to my UK address where I would collect and test upon arrival in the UK on 1/1/22. It seems this only was mailed on 4/1/22 and due to arrive after hours on 5/1/22 - almost one week after promised on the site and several days beyond the day 2 requirement. This means that not only am I not compliant with the rules but also have needed to quarantine for my full visit as I leave on Friday 7/1 and have been unable to see the family members I wanted to visit. I’m waiting for news on a refund as service was not delivered as described.
