With all the stress of travelling in the current pandemic, 101 testing were fantastic and made our experience stress-free. Me and my husband booked our day 2, 5 and 8 tests as well as our fit to fly with them and the results arrived in time. The website is easy to navigate. Incredible customer service and very efficient.

I bought 2 day 2 tests from thus rip off company. The tests did actually arrive, however we've had nothing back in terms if results. Sent a complaint in to be met with, "well we did deliver your test kits" thus clearly isn't the point. Absolute rip off merchants. DO NOT USE. £160 down the drain, or straight into their dodgy pockets. I want my money back.

Still waiting for my day 8 results 2 days after post office shows delivered to be able to come out of self isolation. I am now day 12 into it!!! Not happy at all! On top of the extortionate amount of money £120 i paid for the day 2&8 tests!!! You cant even contact them. They dont answer their phone, their voicemail inbox is full and you cant even leave a message as they tell you to and they don’t bother replying to emails either! Avoid!!!

Words can't do any justice how happy and satisfied I was with the service I recieved from 101 testings. A friend recommended me to them, I booked myself for a test fit to fly with them on a very short notice, I was requested to visit the center which I did and everything was taken care of by extremely professional and helpful members of staff. I was assured that the results will be delivered to me a day later and surprisingly I recieved my results way before the promised time. Highly recommended. Keep up the excellent service guys.......

I booked a test for me and my wife when we travelled to Portugal for our honeymoon as this was the closest centre in bucks and the prices were reasonable unlike some other centres. We booked lateral flow test before we left and the PCR test for when we returned. We were quite nervous on the drive down to the test centre, but any reasons for nervousness were quickly put to rest. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, explaining all the steps to us and ensuring we were comfortable. The whole experience was smooth and we had all of the information we needed for our passenger locator forms/to provide to the government authorities clearly given and explained to us (including where and when we need to input this). We are planning another trip in September and will definitely be using 101testing.co.uk again
