Updated response: It’s been 3 months since I arrived to the hotel where Plumbs benefits cancelled my rsvp and still charged me. I’ve posted here thinking it would make an impact but I’m getting the same messages with no direct contact from supplier. What business takes this long to reimburse someone for a service that was never provided and every agent claims that the third party company that handles these things doesn’t issue refunds? Why are you answering these reviews if you have no ability to serve your customers? I have proof from the hotel that someone from Plumb benefits cancelled my rsvp and still charged me. Original complaint: Report to better business bureau ASAP!!! My Plumb benefits reservation was mysteriously cancelled by the rude agent that told me I couldn’t refund my reservation blaming the third party provider. When I went to the hotel to check in my reservation wasn’t there even though they charged me! I had to buy my own room directly from hotel and Plumb still won’t refund me even though my reservation was not at the hotel. How are you getting away with this and working with a third party that doesn’t do anything? I lost $380 because of a horrible company that’s supposed to be a perk. Order #22456809

I purchased tickets to an event to find out later that the venue had placed strict COVID protocols to attend. That information was never revealed through Plum Benefits and when I called to ask for a refund they said they could not provide one because COVID restrictions was not a part of their refund policy. $400+ down the drain.

I have been in ongoing dispute over hotel reservations. I booked two rooms with TicketsAtWork aka Beneplace and it turns out I only have one reservation. I have been on the phone countless times with many different agents trying to get confirmation on my hotel reservation but I get different answers every time. Their system is a joke. They provide confirmations but they don't match up with the hotel that I have reserved with. The hotel doesn't have record of my pre-paid reservation. This company is a joke. They are nothing but thieves. Extremely poor customer service.

It is not really a deal. I got flight tickets, and it was a little cheap, but I could not choose seats. I would rather pay $50 more and get it from the airline. Also, there is no 24 hr cancellation and no carry-on baggage. It is frustrating. I will not buy tickets from here anymore. Update: 12/6/2021 I had to cancel the tickets for my flight(Paid them 50$) because of the seating issue. So now I tried to use the ticket that I had cancelled. They said they could not change the destination to a new place and would call me the next day, but I did not get a call. I called them four times, after 20 minutes of waiting, I could not get through. So I finally had to call United airlines and pay them 50$ on top of the price difference. I am beyond frustrated and honestly just so disappointed with them.
Discounts are full of lies
Went on to purchase disney tickets as they said they offered discounts. Had the entire vacation in my cart and then decided to check on disney to see how much it would be to purchase through them. Total disney was $50 cheaper. Tickets at work looks much cheaper before you get to the complete transaction page. It's almost as if tickets at work double charges you tax. I'm glad i double checked on disneys site before making the purchase
Scam absolute Trash to deal with
Working with TicketsatWork today 9/2/21. i purchased tickets to a local college football game in July. in august I got a email saying I would receive my tickets on the 1st of September. it is now the 2nd still no tickets. this company is absolute trash i will never use them again to buy tickets.

Don't trust these people!!! I reserved a $800 Hertz car rental through them. Cancelled 5 days in advance and Hertz sent a confirmation of cancellation. Then Tickets at Work said congratulations, you now have a $800 credit with us for other travel. WHAT!!?? Hertz approved so I want a 100% refund. It literally took 25 minutes adn several talks with the "supervisor" just to get my money back. AVOID THESE CROOKS!!

I purchase tickets in May for an upcoming college football game (Sept 5th, 2021) and paid $670 for 2 tickets, I checked tickets today and they are half priced. I called and spoke to customer service and explained the price difference and was told nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke with Ericison L and all he did was attempt to read the rules of cancellations and when I pointed out those exact rules also state that they can change/alter pricing at their determination that only applied to them. I did not ask to cancel the ticket just to refund me the difference and was told no. I am now going to dispute the tickets with American Express and advise my company of the type of experience I had. This is not how you treat customer!!! I would rather resolve this issue directly with Tickets if they would like to address this immediately???
Legoland California Ticket Refund Denied Despite Medical Injury
My name is Michelle Case and I recently requested a refund for My Legoland California tickets that I purchased for this weekend due to a participating family member in the trip party being involved in an accident and breaking her leg prior to the trip. I spoke with “Kane” today and she explained to me that tickets are non refundable and cannot issue my money back. We are not able to reschedule because we do not know the extent of when she will be fully recovered. I’m a state employee and I work in a very large department and I will inform them to not use this service due to the non compliance of a medical relating cancellation. The fact that circumstances like this are not valid to receiving a refund are unacceptable and I will be relaying this experience to every social media account and user review platform I know because I work in customer service and I have never been treating with as much negligence as I have today.
