I made a reservation with them months…

I made a reservation with them months in advance and I called to make sure the car rental was and all set to go. We arrived to hertz to find out they couldn’t help us because the reservation was under a difference name and the credit card didn’t match. They told us we have to call TAW to get it fixed. Once we called they told me I could just cancel it which I agree was fine because at this pointed I wanted my money back and figure out my car situation since we were stranded in Las Vegas with no car. I was on hold for 30 mins and they ended up telling me there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Daniel was even worse. He told me I was pretty much out of 839 dollars and he couldn’t help me. I asked them if they could just modify the reservation with the correct name so I could at least get the car and he said nope nothing I can do. Even worse he was rude and said “ you can try to get it dispute with your bank but I doubt it’ll work”. I was so upset I just hung up. I’m now out of 839 dollars and no car. Please don’t ever make business with them. The little discount they offer is not worth it.

sick child no refund or voucher

My wife and I purchase LEGOLAND tickets for my son, his wife and our grandson for our grandson's 7th birthday but several children from his school was sent home due to positive covid scare at his school he had a high fever and had to go to the hospital the same day, he was given a covid test and immediately quarantined for 14 days which mean the California trip was cancelled. Everyone the airline, hotel and car rental all gave a refund except Ticketwork, the customer service agents would not even consider a voucher. So basically, we just lost $272.20 with nothing to show for it.

Avoid Plumbenefits at all possible…

Avoid Plumbenefits at all possible costs, it is literally a scam. I purchased almost $600 worth of tickets and was forced to reschedule due to a COVID exposure. I called over a week before the scheduled date (the amusement park policy is at-least 48 hours before the scheduled date) and was told I'd receive a call back to schedule a new date. I never received a response and due to their negligence I am now being told that I cannot schedule a new date and cannot receive a refund or a credit. I'm out almost $600 for something out of my control and due to their lack of competence. Their customer service is useless and this should be considered fraud. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra 10% you would have saved, it's not worth it. Horrible company and business. EDIT: To their response, how would you like me to provide you with an order number? I'm not going to post that publicly.

Worst experience using this company

Worst experience using this company, would not recommend. I booked a hotel through Plum, I read that the hotel might not have record of my confirmation until the week of. I checked with the hotel the morning of my trip and they had no reservation on file for me. When I called plum they said “oh yeah it looks like we weren’t able to confirm with the hotel for this reservation”. I asked why I was not notified of this and they said their automatic email never sent to me. So I was left day of with no where to stay and they did absolutely nothing to make up for their error. Any hotel that was as nice as the one we were staying in was of course more expensive so we had to downgrade to a worse hotel outside of the downtown area. Any company with decent customer service would try to make up for their mistake in someway.

Did not work - scam!

We bought a high end package through tickets at work which we were very excited about. We were to save about 10% which wasn't a huge discount but we thought we were saving at least a little bit. It was a dated ticket which could only be used that calendar date. When we arrived we were told that they had no record of our tickets and because of covid and other reasons they were sold out and we could not enter. We had booked our trip around this extra special occasion and were very upset. We had spent over $1000 for our family on these tickets. We spent a couple hours on the phone that morning trying to figure out what had happened with tickets at work and they assured us it would be okay and they were sorry for what had happened. We come home from our trip and we still hadn't gotten our refund so we called and they issued us another 'ticket' for our request. nothing Again, nothing.... we have had about 10 'tickets' that they assured us would be fixed and handled and we still never got our money. Eventually, we got $200 back with a very weak explanation. We had to call back many more times. Still 4 months later we have not had this resolved and tickets at work is not doing their part or showing any responsibility in their error. Not to mention the bad experience from our very special vacation. I won't ever use Tickets at Work again.

They Suck!

I purchased over $2000 worth of theme park passes from them. Due to the pandemic I decided to cancel my trip. I contacted them and requested a refund. At first they tried to offer credit and I highly refused. I also explained to them since I purchased the tickets way back in March of 2021 I had since changed banks and no longer had the account. I requested the refund in the form of a paper check. Initially Glynis stated that they were able to do so and I would receive an email within 72 hours. I never received a call so I contacted them back and was told by Princess that the refund was made back to the card I originally used. Despite me telling them I no longer have that card or bank. She then told me I needed to call the bank and have them send a check. Do you know how dumb you sound. The refund would be rejected because of he card is not active. She insists that I needed to call the bank and they were unable to mail a check. They are horrible. So now I have to hope to see my hard earned money soon.

I bought tickets to a concert that was…

I bought tickets to a concert that was postponed for a month and that venue said that refunds would be issued. I live in another city and state so there is no way I can take another trip to attend the show. Ticketsatwork.com got the tickets from a ticket broker called Ticketevolution who refuses to give a refund. They initially altered our trip because they wouldn't send the tickets until a few days before the show, now the refusal to refund the money has made this the worst experience ever. They advertise their company to law enforcement officers as a way to serve those who serve but apparently that was a false claim. Order# 21411850

Ticket at work is a scam

Ticket at work is a scam. Don’t ever purchase from them. I purchase a rental car but was not qualified because I did not have a credit car. I did not cancel my order and I picked up the car on time. I ask for a refund and they would not give me my refund. They didn’t even give me a reason or explanation. They took $658 from me and I did not even get to use the car. Scam

FRAUDULENT COMPANY’

On March 22, 2021 at approximately 8 PM pacific time I booked 2 rooms for the Venetian hotel in Vegas for the 1st of April. However once I paid it then showed a message that other fees were gonna apply once we got to the hotel. I then the next day at 10 A.M called plum benefits to cancel the reservations due to the false total pricing on the rooms with out any notice that other fees were gonna apply after I paid. Plumb benefits then went and said they don’t issue refunds and they had a policy of 24 hours I was calling in less than 24 hours!!, I then told them it has been less than 24 and they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes to come back with the policy being they can’t refund the money. Also when you try to book a room through them policy is 3 days - 72 hours to get refund, however they kept giving my fiancé and I the runaround, they then started blaming the hotel saying they had a policy and wouldn’t return the money. We then went ahead and called the hotel, spoke to the actual manager and he stated nothing was charged because it was canceled before the day of and no cancelation fees or any type of fees were charged. We even got an actual email from the manager confirming it as a back up. And STILL this damn thieves because that’s what they are they steal peoples hard earned money with their “hidden fees hidden policies” and pocket the money. Also you talk to agents that are not even in the US they are rude and act clueless. I will NOT stop till I make sure they shut this company down for fraud! I have made 4 claims so far with them and they never call you back and each time you call their out of state customer service people I have to explain the situation over and over again!! Calling better business bureau and I will also get in contact with all this people I found complaining about this company stealing their money! This has to stop NOW! I want my refund ASAP!!!
