Updated Thank you Richard Sankar for calling today 8/8/24 and approving my refund. Traveled from Detroit, Michigan with family of 8 with 5 kids Apparently weekdays tickets stopped August 2, 2024. Kentucky kingdom is only open on weekends as of August 2nd and I purchased tickets August 3,2024 Plumbenefits.com sold weekday tickets and should not had. Hopefully no one one has this error experience.
I recently purchased Disney tickets for Magic Kingdom and made mistake of using PlumBenefits thinking they helping but they took away $30 extra which we could have used for nice dinner
I recently purchased Disney tickets for four adults through Plum Benefits, expecting to pay less than $698, including taxes, as indicated on the official Disney website. To my surprise, I was charged as originally they shown less price but when I paid, they charged me more and total became $731.12. This is not only misleading but also feels like an intentional overcharge. WE are trying to ask for cancellation but there is no refund as tickets for next day ticket. Additionally, Plum Benefits tried to trick me into adding more offers like free trial offers, which I almost clicked. Had I done so, it would have resulted in further charges. This kind of deceptive practice is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend Plum Benefits to anyone. I have contacted their customer service for a refund and am awaiting a response. If you are considering using their services, be cautious and double-check all charges. Reporting the Issue Better Business Bureau (BBB): Go to the BBB website. Good, but no reasonable cancellation policy.
While it was easy to find a hotel that would accommodate my family for the evening, you may want to have a search feature for free breakfast. The hotel I chose offers this, but it was barely mentioned under the amenities. Also, the cancellation policy leaves much to be desired.
What a joke
What a joke. I just bought 4 movie tickets, only one of the voucher numbers out of 4 worked, and I still had to pay an extra $2 convenience fee to AMC. Which means in the end, it cost me more to buy the tickets through Plum Benefits than it did to buy directly through AMC. This is often the case with Plum Benefits, there are no savings to be had here.

Easy. Fast. Clear.
Such a great site!
their customer service is incompetent…
their customer service is incompetent and useless. Jhason Modena is a total joke and provided an automated response that didn't even address what i was asking! the hotel i am trying to book does not have a room the same name that is listed on plum benefits website and i even called the hotel to ask and they have no idea what room that would be if i were to book through plum benefits. and this customer "care" rep just closed the case without even giving me a chance to respond. WASTE OF TIME. do NOT book through plum benefits
The site can be a little confusing but worth it
I got access through my job and have to say it's a bit 50/50. The prices are good but at checkout they tack on these frigging fees for no reason, which eat into your savings. In most cases the discounts are so good that even with the fees you're still doing okay, but... why? In my last transaction, my wife wanted to pay for our trip and since she's not a member I wanted to know how that would work. Calling customer service was a mess. The woman clearly wasn't listening, asked me the same thing multiple times, offered advice that I'd told her I'd already attempted, and offered a price that was more than I had in my cart. I ended up figuring it out myself and checking out successfully.
Unacceptable Customer Service
This hotel room was totally unacceptable. It had stained towels, stained sheets, four pillows each a different size. The bed itself looked ragged, as if it had been slept on. While the room appeared clean, it had dusty corners, edges, lamps full of dust & a broken emergency lock. I even had to use the bench to block the door overnight. On top of that, there were machinery sounds though the walls in the evening & the morning. Had to leave & stay elsewhere after one night, even though 4 nights were paid for. Plumb Benefits refused to provide refund or credit for any nights. This hotel, as well as, the seller, has a responsibility to provide suitable service. They failed horribly & refused to do anything to make it right.
