I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.. I tried booking a fishing trip through the site.. Dana Wharf Sportfishing kept canceling my trip and then asked if I wanted a refund but NEVER gave it to me.. Even with all the proof I sent, they denied my refund request which for the consumer they DO NOT PROTECT US so I don’t advise you to spend your hard earned money with them

I was attempting to book a hotel room and it allowed me to put it in my cart, but when I went to check out it told me the room was not available. I looked on the hotel website and it was. I even tried different room types, same thing. It would be nice for you to not offer the rooms in the search results.
I did not receive tickets to the Jacksons concert
I bought my tickets on March 28, 2024 for The Jacksons concert on March 30,2024 at the Venue Thunder Valley Resort. I did not receive my tickets and I missed the concert. I am very disappointed. to say the least!!!! I'm requesting a full refund of $222.00. I did not attend the concert. my suggestions to your company is to provide good service to your customers. I made a reservation by mistake for 3/29/24 until 3/30/24 and I need it for 3/30/24 to 3/31/24. When I call to change the date I was told if I do it I could not do it unless I forfeit the money used for the wrong reservation. I am very disappointed.
My electronic tickets did not work and refund denied
My electronic tickets for Cirque du Soleil (Order Number: 34863277) could not be read by the scanner at the venue. I called customer service and re-entered information to get a code and reprint the tickets. That did not work the first time or the second time I tried. I spoke with the representative in customer service for about 25 minutes - or until the venue had already begun more than 5 minutes prior. Customer service tried to be helpful and send a request for reimbursement of the tickets and the $20 parking fee. Today I was notified that they exhausted all attempts to get a refund but were unable to do so and this request has been closed and they will no longer respond to information requests on this ticket.

Do not book anything from Plum Benefits! Stay away from them! This retailer deserves zero stars. I purchased tickets to the Daytona500 and the event got cancel for the date it was originally set for, Sunday, February 18th. While the event got reschedule for the following day in the evening, it can't be expected that everyone would drop everything and stay for the new date and time. We had work and kids to return to so no room for flexibility. As a matter of fact, Pitbull was schedule to perform during the original date of the event, but had to be moved to the 2025 Daytona500 event because he couldn't make the postponed date. As many other people couldn't. Yet, after 5 phone calls, that were about 1 hour long each time, and three emails Plum Benefits refuses to issue a refund. Although, I have communicated and provided them with proof, as requested, that NASCAR issued refunds to people that couldn't attend the postponed event through filling out a weather form on NASCARs website, Plum Benefits reps refuse to issue a refund. They further argue that because the event was rescheduled and not fully canceled they can't do anything. Needless to say, I will never do business with this Company due to their unwillingness to help a customer.
