I am having a problem due toHot Water

I am having a problem due toHot Water. When the water reaches about my knees, it turns cold. Ihave called and left a message yesterday with Mr. Brand byy it t have not heard from. Can Someone please call me on my cell phone to discuss this problem T 706/466-4578. I have only been in the tub once. . I am not happy with the beautiful tub. It is doing me no good until I solve this problem.

Amazing hot tub, although pressured to make a big decision.

Amazing in-house sales pitch, efficient one-day installation, and excellent quality of product. Thoroughly enjoying my hot tub!!! The only negative was that the salesman expected us to make a decision on the spot at the completion of his sales pitch whether we wanted to make the hot tub's purchase or not. For the high cost of this product, my husband and I would have liked to take at least a day to think about this, but felt pressured to make a decision right then because the salesman said it would be very inconvenient to come back to our house another time (via a 2-hour drive) to take the measurements of where the tub would be placed, whereas if we said we’d purchase the tub now, he could take measurements while he was still here. In my opinion, the salesman should have taken the measurements (which took only 10-15 minutes), left his business card with us, then told us to take all the time we wanted to make our decision and to call him back with it.

Safety Tub Step installation well done.

The order was received more quickly than expected. It took much longer than expected to get the installation order issued. Installation took about four hours, and the installer did a great job. We haven't used the tub yet, because it is installed in our mountain home which we will probably not have a chance to use until spring, but from the looks of the installation, it will work well. I gave it four stars rather than five because it took almost a month to get the installer assigned.

The "extras" aren't really necessary.

We have had the tub since the first week of November. We had to get someone to come and look at one of the jets that wasn't working, but I think American Standard needs to update their book and show in detail how to turn the jets off and on. It would have prevented someone having to come out. We got the tub with the lights and aroma. Honestly, if you can get one without those two things cheaper, then you will find you can live without them. It's easy to clean because it's tall and compact so you aren't reaching over a lot. Biggest hurdle is deciding if it's worth the cost. I would say it depends on how strong your need is for a walk in tub. I do like using it.

Very pleased with the tub and installation. I just need to get a 50 gallon water tank - my 40 gallon does not fill it all the way with the hot water I want. Glad I got the tub

The timing experience was very right…

The timing experience was very right on. Definite follow up calls during installation. I was admitted to hospital a few days after installed so did not inspect totally cause I waited 2 days like I was told to not use so the seal can set. I just returned home from a 3 week hospital stay and used my new shower. I noticed that some places along the side wall that there are cracks in the seal up the wall and down on the bottom. Have not yet called to inquire about this but intend to follow up.
