they did a good job installing the tube and explaining how it work.

I'll admit that I did not have any work done by this company. During a phone consultation this company refused to do a consultantaton for me because I was married and my husband couldn't be present. I own my home and my husband is not on the deed. As the home owner I call the shots and I don't need a company trying take away my rights as a sole owner just because they don't think a married woman can plan renovations for her own home. A poor business policy and I would never give my business to this company now that I know how they operate.

My only option was to get something that would be safe and affordable since I am close to my 90th birthday but needed something safer in regards to a tub/shower. I chose to have the construction of a removable door in the side of my tub, plus a safety grab bar on the back wall of the tub/shower original American Standard installation (in 1960). The installer was a man of great skill and care in getting this job done! I would recommend he and American Standard to anyone looking for bathroom renovations! Margaret Jewell

Expensive but worth it. We are enjoying the tub. Sales presentation was excellent. Installation was professional. Tub is beautiful. Would recommend American Standard over other brands. The lifetime warranty on parts and labor gives us peace of mind. Thank you. The Marshalks

The bath truly could use a heated seat to make filling the tub more comfortable. Also, the jets could be stronger. Sales and installation were great, but I should have purchased the Koehler tub.

Walk in tub deserves a ten star revue

We were disappointed by the free toilet offer. We had just installed a new toilet a year ago. The installer said our toilet was very good and we would not need the "free" toilet from him. They never installed the "free" toilet - keeping it to sell to someone else for a profit. It would seem to us to be decent, there should have been a small discount for the never installed toilet. NOW - the rest of the job was outstanding!!! Everything seems to be operating perfectly and is very enjoyable!!! We are very happy with every aspect of the tub!!!!!
