My new American Standard tub has, indeed, been such a relief for the many aches I feel throughout the day has a result from a biking accident. The walk-in-tub is also sooo peaceful to use because it provides a time to totally relax. It is truly my best purchase for my new Florida home.

The product is quality! The installers were professional knowledgeable and efficient. They had a difficult installation but handled it very well. The primary user has parkinson's and it is a God send!

For the first month and a half we took baths in a mud puddle. When the water was drained there was mud on the floor and walls of the tub. This finally worked out. Then came some chilly weather and it was time for the heat to be turned on. WE HAD NO HEAT PUMP! As it turned out when the tub was wired they used the heat pump electrical supply. We spoke to A.S. and they were going to send someone out to check on it. No one showed. We hired the heating co.'s electrician to do the rewiring. We've been in contact with a representative regarding reimburse-ment. She has been given an invoice and a detailed description of what was done wrong. It's been a few weeks no and the lady will no return our calls. Such good customer relations. We're not asking for compensation more electricity due to having to use emergency heating or for the 2 days we went without heat......just the rewiring. Even now, we don't use tub for fear it will knock the heat pump out. I don't understand why A.S. doesn't make good on their in-stallation warranty (what a farce). I just wish I had my $20K and old bathtub back.
