Your product is 100%, The installation was not perfect. It took too long. It could have been better. I did a little repair to make it perfect. The hot and cold water valves are in reverse. My wife don't know the hot from the cold. The hot should be on the left not the right. We will have to get used to it.

We like the new tub very much. My husband uses it more than I do which surprised me. I will do better once I figure out a shower curtain hookup.

The sale and installation went well but the seat just doesn’t adjust low enough for my 4’11” mother to feel comfortable. It has a lot of great safety features which are good as mom ages. Just not sure it was worth the hefty price tag.

Our tub is wonderful. The workman who installed it did a good job. The tub itself is nice. The salesman did not point out to us that a forty gallon hot water heater would probably not provide sufficient hot water to fill the tub at the temperature that is needed. That is the only shortcoming. We had to pay an addition $2,000 to upgrade our hot water heater to fifty gallons. Now all it great! It would have been nice to know that the tub is much value if you cannot fill it to a relaxing temperature. Other than that, all is fine.

Really great installation crew. First delivery, however, was damaged and refused by me. Second delivery (about 1 month later) looked fine and was installed but had a faulty motor for aeration system. American Standard overnighted new motor. Installer came quickly and replaced motor. On first use, a leak occurred. Installer came quickly and resolved issue. It’s working fine now.

Beautiful tub with efficient and quality installation. It was done in 2 days with virtually no mess. This is our second American Standard installation and we are very satisfied.

From start to finish this was first rate project. The sales person had total knowledge of the tubs, the installers were polite, courteous, and most importantly highly efficient in the installation process. We couldn't be happier. And the tub has to be the best in the business. So glad that we chose American Standard and that every person that we came in contact with were so energized about the product that they represent!
