The tube was put in fine and fast. The toilet is another thing. When it was shipped to the one that put in the tub it was broken. So he had to order another one. It has been 5 or 6 weeks and it finally came today Monday 7-227 2020 was delivered to my door. I called the one that was suppose to put it in and he will be here Wednesday or Friday for sure to put it in. IT WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE PERSON THAT DID THE TUBE IT WAS THE AMERICAN STANDARD FAULT. HE ORDERED IT RIGHT AWAY. So I hope this won't happen to anyone else .They might not be so patient. Of course for the inconvenient, if you would like to take something off my bill I would be delighted. Sincerely, Harriette Andersen

We were very pleased with the installation or our new American Standard walk-in tub and bidet toilet. The crew obviously knew their jobs well and moved efficiently and deliberately. By the end of the day all was complete, and all worked well except for the bidet. They had not double checked the ground fault circuit, and I did not discover it until the next day. After calling the main office and finding the circuit breaker switch, we finally got it working. I just wished the crew had done it before leaving. All is working now and we are very happy . The tub is as expected. One surprise, I had to put up shower curtain to use when I wash my hair.

Very pleased with the personnel who installed it, and very pleased with the performance of the tub. However, I feel that the cost of the tub is about $10,000.00 too expensive.

Everything went great. Great salesman, fantastic installer. Love the tub. Has exceeded my expectations in every way!

The people were prompt, and professional and had the work sown the same day they started.. The only thing we are having difficulty with is the seat on the new toilet does not want to stay in place. We love the walk-in tub, we got it because of injuries from an automobile accident that makes it difficult for us to get in and out of a normal tub.
