This is an actively caring, and compassionate, professional service which goes over and above in demonstrating dedication and commitment to making every stage of my patient transport experience a positively unforgettable one. They have always turned up earlier than required and I always feel that I am able to trust their ability to meet my individual transportation needs in a safe and secure way. We booked this company to collect my 89 year old father from hospital. They were booked to arrive at 4pm and finally turned up about 6pm. There has never been a comprehensive reason for their lateness. My dear Dad was waiting, fully dressed and desperate to leave the hospital on a cold November night (30/11/23). This significant delay meant a lot to him on that day. The company offered a £50 refund on a £400 charge. What an insult. Sadly there is no formal body to whom to complain as EMA does not belong to ISCAS and The Ombudsman doesn't entertain complaints for private transportation. My recommendation: Use a company that respects the fact that you're relocating your precious relative(s) and that every hour may be precious. My Dad passed away on 6 January 2024 so I know this time was precious to him!

Care from staff was professional and caring throughout my transportation from James Cook Hospital in Middlesbrough to Royal University of Stoke Hospital.

What a wonderful team you have. Mum can be quite anxious about life in general and they brought a smile to her face within the first few minutes of meeting her. She's been in bed since September 2023 and the move was going to be stressful for her to the Residential Home 40 minutes away. It all went very smoothly with lots of laughs and reminiscing on the way. I would recommend you and your team without hesitation Thank you once again.

My mum was transferring from a care home to a nursing home about 15 miles apart. The ambulance arrived on time, they were well prepared, friendly, considerate.

From initial contact with Michelle in the office I knew I had found the right company to transport my elderly confused Aunt from Shropshire to Surrey. Michelle was informative, professional and caring. I did contact a number of other companies for a quote but none of them were as professional or understanding. The transport itself was superb, the vehicle and the crew were five star. Amanda and Sam were caring, considerate and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would have no hesitation in recommending ema to anyone requiring professional, caring and sensibly priced patient transport.

From the help I received with the booking through to my father arriving at the care home from hospital the service was 5 star. The crew were kind, patient and helpful. A 3 1/2 hour journey for an elderly person who couldn’t be accompanied by a family member could have been very stressful but it was a calm experience and we are very grateful.

everyone at EMA was fantastically helpful in the transporting of my elderly mother (101) who had just had a hip replacement. They took her from the hospital to the rehab unit and then 3 weeks later they brought her home (and it was the same crew!). They were caring, considerate and looked after her brilliantly. Thank you.
