The service offered by EMA is fab. The staff are friendly and caring - we have mostly had Julie and Rob for my mum's trips to getting our elderly mum's trips from Kent to Hampshire and back and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and also their very caring personal approach. But all our experiences with EMA have been good - including the staff that answer the phone.
