Efficiently installed and delivered a week later and additional guidance offered on the machine’s functionality. Ed and Dan installed my washing machine this afternoon. They were very careful and thorough with attention to detail in my small and rather awkward kitchen. They were polite, clean and tidy and, as ever, an excellent experience from Dacombes.

The experience starts in store, great personal service with knowledge of the products. Today, we had the fridge freezer delivered and installed by two smart, knowledgeable young men. The job had a hitch, but they delt with it to our satisfaction, leaving the place clean and tidy. We will continue to use your services when required.

Dacombes were very helpful in supplying and fitting a new electric cooker at short notice when ours failed just before Easter. The two lads were prompt within their delivery slot and extremely efficient at connecting the electrics. All the packaging and the old appliance carefully taken away for disposal. We have always had top class service and advice from Dacombes and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very efficient , my fridge freezer broke down two days ago and a new one was delivered and the old one taken away within two days.
