Back in March, we bought a lightweight kettle with ergonomic features that is arthritis friendly which, we are still so pleased with! We returned in May and bought a fridge freezer. Paul at the store listened with great care, recommended options that really fitted our needs. Placing the order, communication, delivery, installation and removal were all well managed. Purchased an induction hob to swap from gas, and was very impressed that Dacombes called to home to survey existing hob. We needed granite worktop gap for hob enlarging. Was very impressed that Lee was able to arrange gas fitter and stone masons and also fitted hob after stone masons had finished. The gas fitter and stone masons were also excellent. Lee was superb.
