Dacombes of Wimborne are a great bunch of people. Very knowledgeable within their range of products. We have just finished renovating our home. With the help of the sales staff we have purchased our kitchen appliances and also had a bespoke media wall fitted. The sales team took care of everything from a great package deal through to visiting our home to make sure all the appliances would fit correctly. Our media wall was designed by the smarthome team and was seamlessly installed on time as well as our kitchen appliances. Will be shopping with Dacombes in the future years.

State that they price match, but they don't! It states on their website they price match John Lewis, I even called stated the model to double check, they confirmed they would. I turned up a couple of hours later to be told they would not honour the price, but could reduce the price by a couple of pounds. Really annoying as thought the business were better than that. Stating they price match when they don't is completely false representation. If they said on the call that its not valid due to small print I be annoyed but to say yes, then reneg on the offer when I've turned up is beyond belief. Shall not be buying from them again having spend thousands with them previously. I urge them to take down the banner on their website stating price match because they don't. Very disappointing experience. Back to shopping at Richer Sounds who do price match and offer a top quality service.

From my first visit to the shop, ordering and installation the service was excellent. Ed and Dan were on time, clean and tidy, polite and courteous and I would thoroughly recommend them

As promised, Paul provided temporary door for dishwasher. All went smoothly as planned. Delivered on time and by two polite and helpful young men.

Needed a new washing machine at short notice and was recommended Dacombes by my repair man (Steve at Aqualectrics). Prices on the website looked reasonable so phoned up and placed an order over the phone. My new machine was delivered 2 days later, within a 2-hour window, with a phone call to say they were on their way. The two guys who delivered it were really polite, quiet and efficient. They took away my old machine and all the packaging from the new one, and fitted the new one, checked it was working fine and ran me through the basic functions. A really great service all-round, can't find a single thing to complain about, and all-in-all, I'm SO glad I chose this independent business instead of an online megastore like AO.

Easy to use website for ordering and paying followed by a swift response to arrange delivery to suit me . Ontime delivery with a forward phone call to tell me they were on the way which was very useful. Delivered with care and consideration in a friendly manner and even put the shelves back in my sink cupboard for me. Everything explained re use of new dishwasher and how to register the warranty. I always use Dacombes and I’m treated with courtesy and kindness at all times. Dishwasher is great too!

From the start to the finish of us buying kitchen appliances, I cannot fault Dacombes, the service they provide is second to none. Will definitely be buying from them in the future.
