From the initial enquiry to the shop to the point the washing machine was delivered and installed Dacombes were easy to deal with. The delivery was prompt and the two chaps, Ed and Dan, were very friendly, courteous and respectful of our home. Thank you.

Excellent staff/service, couldn't do enough to help and find the right products, especially as I'd ordered a TV from Currys and their driver couldn't be bothered to deliver, so cancelled the order and got a better deal from Dacombes, along with a range cooker and cooker hood.

Our first time buying an appliance from Dacombes. The staff were very helpful and had the required knowledge about the product. Euronics produced the product we wanted and this was available in the warehouse. Within a few days the product was delivered to our house at the time booked and the delivery team were efficient and helpful. We had also arranged for our old item to be taken away. The experience a Damombes was exceptional from start to finish - The service and knowledge from Paul in the showroom to having our two new TV's fitted by Dan and Ed this week.
