I ordered on Feb 3. Shipment was delayed due to low flights in response to government lockdowns, coronavirus. I mean it is, what it is. Reached out twice to check on status. After second, Edwin was able to send tracking info. The website never showed that information, until delivery day. Arrived today. Feb 17. They sent a deluxe purple one. Win. Product works so far and I’ve spent the last 3 hours with it. If you are a true large toy connoisseur I will say you might want the extra lube, the torque is not super powerful. Secondly the stroke length might leave you unsatisfied. That is if you are are able to slam down, on Hankey’s toy. Though I’d suggest anyone interested machines, to give it a go before dropping the big bucks on the big machines.

Jess of customer service saved the day! The machine was sent without an important adapter, but Jess quickly and easily said she'd rush the adapter I need to me. The unit seems like high quality and I look forward to it.

These bad reviews are nonsense....

I read the reviews here after ordering a machine the 10th of feb. And instantly got a bad feeling due to all the bad reviews lately. I messaged them about the status of my order, and yes the response time could have been better but they responded. The page says 5 day processing time should be expected, so i waited. Updated; The shipment took 3 days from HK to Norway. It got delivered and the packaging looked fine. Nicely packed, im yet to asemble it, will update when its tested.

Bad Customer Service...Order Off Amazon Instead

I purchased a premium machine on 2/11/2020 and came across these AWFUL reviews and got nervous so I requested to cancel 2/12/2020.I have now sent probably 6 emails and chats and notes requesting to cancel because my order has NOT shipped yet and per their POLICY, I should be able to cancel. This is horrible customer service when they claim to have someone available 247. Update: I was told my product already shipped on 2/13/2020, therefore they were not able to cancel it. This made me more mad. They clearly ignored all my emails to cancel. I was told I would get shipping notifications within 24 hours. I got a text from DHL giving me some sort of tracking number and I was still not convinced it was coming. However, it did make it to me on 2/18/2020 and I am not sure if it has anything to do with my continuous requests to cancel or my mean review I left on here. The product was fine and works fine. Instructions werent entirely helpful because they're a pretty bad English translation. I watched a youtube video and figured it out. Have not used the machine yet, I am just glad this is over with after being stressed out for a whole week. For peace of mind, order on amazon.

Still waiting after 2 weeks

So after 2 weeks of placing my order and my money being taken out of my account, my order still hasnt shipped out. Their support chat sucks, an agent is never available when you actually need one. Don't waste your money paying expedited shipping, because it'll still take them however long they want to process your order.

24 Days and Counting

Made an order on January 18th with expedited shipping. On February 8th, was told the package would be sent out on February 10th. As of late evening on February 11th, no shipping confirmation or tracking number has been posted or sent.
