customer service is 14 hours ahead of my time , once i contacted them my issue was resolved immediatley , absolutely love the machine.

Ignored requests for refund. Even though I mentioned the thrusting rod or fastening assembly was faulty. Also mentioned it did nothing for me personally. Made multiple requests for a refund and it was ignored. Only response I received was a useless picture on how to install the thrusting rod. Good luck trying to return this the company will just waste your time until the window to return it runs out. Customer service is terrible and practically non existent.

I bought the product on a whim, and decided i wanted to return within the 14 day period as specified within their return policy. I reached out to customer support only to be ignored a few times. Once i was finally able to get in touch with them. They told me, even though I am from the US and their policy states I could ship via UPS to the UK. They told me i would have to ship to Hong Kong. Looked up the cost and that costs more than the actual product itself...Pretty annoyed tbh. And the second i explained to someone named Jess what their policy stated i was ignored once again...

Have done a lot of research and it seems that the Hismith is the best value for the money. Just ordered - super easy on their website and great customer service when I accidentally picked the wrong shipping type. Really looking forward to receiving this product quickly and trying it out!

lets start off with , the machine came a week earlier than it was supposed to , its definitely high quality and it does what it says , plenty of power for sure , you wont be disappointed , but do spend the extra money and get the spring attachment , you,ll thank yourself later , makes for a more pleasurable experience , the attachments are well made too , they could be a little softer , but thats just my opinion , so if your having doubts about purchasing it , take the leap you wont be disappointed .
