Hismith company is definitely top notch!! I made a mistake while putting this beast together and ended up stripping the wired remote wire due to it getting caught up on the rear turning wheel causing exposed wires!! It upset me that I didn’t catch that mistake!! I got ahold of Hismith staff to order another wired remote and he was nice enough to send me one out free of charge!! Will definitely be ordering from this company from here on out!! I suggest you all do the same because they rock.

My friends told me "What you paid is what you get" and that's true. It's an expensive adult machine but, it worth every penny you spend. I bought so many cheap systems and the total I spend are more than this single Hismith system and I am very disappointed every single of them. I inspected this machine is very well assembled, durable and I believe 90% are metals even the wire controller is metal too. The machine run very quietly in slow speed. Even highest speed the sound are not noticeable from other room or wall. It run very smoothly in and out without any problem . I do recommend it.
