Really poor service, I still waiting for someone to answer my emails, spectra took my car to fixed and 4 weeks after my car was for sale on auto trader can someone explain how that can be possible. I will never ever use this company again every time that I has speak with someone on the phone they don’t know what they talking about.

Everything happened how it was supposed to. It was a little rocky just because of logistics but the support needed was there when needed so all in all, was a good service.

Don't do it. for a no-fault claim, use your insurance company for peace of mind.
