An awful company

The customer service from this company is simply awful. They do not respond even when contacted by phone and email and you tell them that you have a serious issue that requires urgent attention. 1 star is too good for this company.

Horrible company

Horrible company! Stay away! Service is appalling. The company doesn't take complains over lack of security seriously. Debbie needs some customer service training as her replies are rude and insensitive. If you want a real review of the company, look up leaseholder groups on Facebook and read about the experience people have with them.

Melissa McIntyre is on the ball!

Melissa McIntyre is a fantastic ambassador of the Encore Estate Management. She always provides a prompt response to any queries raised by us. Melissa acts very quickly to find a solution to any issues brought to her attention. I have recently asked her about the rubbish collections and point was regarding the larger pieces of furniture left in the rubbish store. Mellisa had contacted the appropriate council and managed to take care of this collection. Other question was with regards to our lift which was faulty due to a mechanism issue. Again Melissa had acted straight away and found a solution in a very efficient way. We are very pleased to have such a positive interaction with our management here and we look forward to having even better relationship with them in the future.

Even 1 star is too high

1 star is too high for this 'company'. We are being charged completely incorrectly and not by the terms of the lease. They charge us for services not even provided or if they are provided they are sub-standard. They are totally incompetent and do not care about the management of the estate. The good reviews below look very suspicious - I would not take them seriously. AVOID this company at all costs.
