I called Kayleigh to discuss some points relating to the management of the block and she was friendly and very helpful and promptly provided me with the information that I required - she clearly knows the blocks she manages very well and does not just rely on computer notes. Extremely poor interaction with this property management company, they failed to update our contact information and then issued debt recovery proceedings, to the tune of hundreds of pounds, and refused to recognise their mistake despite multiple written requests. As an over 10yr paid up leaseholder I can only characterise their behaviour as negligent, bordering on criminal.

I have been a leaseholder of an Encore-managed block for two years now and have had a very good experience to date. The estate manager has always been responsive, helpful and pleasant to interact with. I have no hesitation to recommend Encore.

Unresponsive, unprofessional. I have never dealt with a company as incompetent as the estate managers dealing with my property. Please avoid at all costs.

I am pleased with the service I receive from Encore. I really don't recognise some of the horrible comments on here. They are usually quick to respond (not always hence the 4 stars not 5) and the estate I live on is well looked after which is all we need really.

Since Encore took over the day-to-day running of our block I have nothing but praise for the service they have provided. Nothing has been too much trouble. Every time I have raised a matter the response has been timely and well thought out. As long as this service continues we will be well satisfied and pleased.

Worst management company I have ever encountered. They are absolute thieves. They keep putting service charge up and give absolute s*it service. After reviewing receipts and invoices from previous years of service charge, there have been findings of this company including costs that do not belong to our building, such us a charge for a training a manager had to do and so many more. Their time will come anyways. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
