Encore have been incredibly helpful with managing our apartment block. Minor maintenance reports are usually fixed within a day or two, any disruptions due to nearby construction are always clearly communicated to us, and Kayleigh at the Cambridge office has helped us replace a lost set of keys in no time.

We are just finishing our lease at a property managed by Encore. Ben, Paul D., and Paul C. at The Belvedere are very professional and helpful. The property was always clean. They were always available and would even go the extra mile to ensure we were well provided for.
