Initially retained by the landlord, Encore Estates then transitioned and continued to provide a consistent quality approach to our leaseholder "Right to Manage" Company since its inception some years ago. Our complex building and its multiple stakeholders are managed very well indeed by Encore. Although the day-to-day is always managed professionally, their flexibility and capabilities have really come to the fore with their management of the grant application and subsequent execution of a significant cladding replacement project. I would like to take the time to express my feelings towards the service I have received from the concierge team and, in particular, from Daniel. To describe Daniel as hugely helpful would be an injustice to the work he completes and service he provides. Having moved to Bristol and into The Iron Foundry during the pandemic, I can honestly say that Daniel made a real difference not only to where I lived at The General development, but towards Bristol city as a whole. He has been at all times willing to help, always going above and beyond what could ever be expected from a concierge staff member. He is professional, courteous, astute and has the rare ability to anticipate and cater for the needs of others. He has helped me to feel looked after and safe which, especially during the time where I had issues with my door, was something that I really feel I benefitted from.

Very happy with the service provided by Encore. We've had some bad experiences of other managing agents and Encore have done a good job trying to put right the problems they inherited.
