Space is comfortable for 6 people The amenities were not to the expectation, I read the included items and upon arrival noticed the laundry was disconnected. Upon further inquiry, I was told it was not part of my booking which was inaccurate. The trash drop off is lame process, the owner/agents should be responsible for this after check out. reply: I read it says coin laundry under amenities and does not say near by say under popular amenities. Maybe advertise it properly stating near by. Understand the trash situation it shouldn't be guest responsible - (Suggestion) can collect them pile them for pick up by host.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was quaint and the large island was very helpful as we were there for a business planning retreat. We would have just changed one thing: to have more comfortable furniture to sit on. We didn't sit in the living room as the chairs and futon were not very comfortable to sit in.

Cool cabins made it easy to book my cabin and I was able to add my dogs even after I had already booked. They were fast and friendly in responding. It was also very easy to check in and out. My cabin was clean and comfortable, but there are a couple of things that would have made our experience better. The shower was very tricky to get right and every time it took about 5 minutes to get the water right but even then the pressure was very weak and sometimes it would burst into either super cold or super hot water. The other thing is the kitchen didn't have a coffee machine. There was a Keurig but no pods, so that was a bummer. Other than that, it was great.

The location of the Cabin was very nice as it was right across the street from Boulder Bay Park so the kids could come and go.

We ran into a couple issues while there but the management was excellent about getting someone out there to fix/clean. The game room was a hit with the family. Many hours of fun. Great kitchen floor plan to hang with family while food prepping. Fenced in yard for our doggie. Lots of fans were a blessing since we were up there when it was in the 80’s. Backyard could use some work, it’s all dirt.

This cabin was really dirty. Cobwebs and bugs. Inside and by the front door even worse! Cabin definitely needs cleaning and also in need of a update!

The cabin was very nice and clean. The accommodations were perfect. My family and I had a great weekend and will look to book future stays for sure.
