Check if I feel not far because I would think I had 2 day stay and when you can’t check until 4:00 and need to check out at 11:00 that not 2 full days should not had to pay for early check in fee

We decided to spend the weekend in this cabin, due to its location near the lake, the games room, hot tub and grill, but it was a big disappointment, the propane tank for the grill was empty, we had to go get a refill, the lights in the hut tub do not work, the table game has a broken disk and the other game is not even in service, although the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated, the sheets in the bedrooms smell bad, the house is very dirty, and the lights in the stairs turn on and off for no reason, the front and back gate don't close properly,we are glad we only stayed one night and will definitely not be returning Feedback People also ask Does Google have a language translator?

We experienced wonderful family memories . Stay at mountain fever was the best. Everything was very locally. Everyone was very friendly. We enjoy our family vacation. Thank you let us stay at your cabin.

Cool Cabins was very easy to work with and provided friendly efficient service. We discovered that when we tried to start the grill that the propane tank was empty. We called Cool Cabins and they were able to send someone right over to replace it. Could have used more bathroom hand towels and some dish soap/paper towels etc. but overall very pleased.

The staff was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions being that this was out first time renting a vacation home. The company is great with communications about the reservations and days leading up to the check-in date. The property was exactly as advertised on their website. We will definitely be using Big Bear Cool Cabins for future rentals.

Very nice house. Very well stocked and appointed. Furnished in very good taste. TV's in every room. Fabulous game room, BUT not big enough for pool table. Not possible to make many shots, and no bridge came with pool cues. Shower controls were difficult to use. Beds were too firm. No jacuzzi. House was expensive for 2 people.

Attentive communication. Clean, well-stocked AirBnb.

Everything was great, except the fact that we had to go throw out the trash. That was an inconvenience
