The house was not very clean, the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them. The bonus room with pool table was in a separate structure not attached to the house. The fan in the main living area had been replaced with a light fixture and thus the air was very stagnant. There was no chalk for the pool sticks. The pillows on the beds were not comfortable.

I loved staying at the cute Whiskey Alpine Lodge and the cabin was stocked with all the amenities I needed. The check in and check out process was super simple and easy.

Great check in process, pictures were accurate of the house, well kept.

Very quiet and peaceful location

The view of the lake from the large patio. Large table to sit all of us. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans silverware etc. Minutes to the village and harbor. We went on pontoon and the mine coaster. So much fun with our young adult grandkids! I would go again

I was very disappointed in the way things where presented I did not get the notification of check in until I was actually at my destination. I like to prepare my self a day ahead in case any changes. Hidden fees. I was told I could check in early but was never told about the $100.00 added to my card if I wanted to check in early should have really been explained. No soap to wash dishes. No laundry soap or rinse to wash your clothes when traveling you don't bring these supplies. I have cleaned cabins in big bear before and all these supplies are bought from the cleaning service so customers don't have to waste time in shopping for the items that should already be supplied. Spider webs behind the TV. When I went to pick up remote spider webs everywhere.

The place was great. The backyard needs a little bit of work.

This was an amazing cabin to stay in. Lots of space. Lots of fans because when we arrived it was one of the warmest days I have had up in Big Bear. The shades in the master bedroom are a little light so the sun gets through very easily and it is BRIGHT. But it wasn't so bad we just started our day earlier. The arcade was a hit with old school games that were very fun to play with. Huge tv in the living room

This was our first time reserving a cabin an our experience was great. The house was beautiful, clean and fully furnished. The rate was actually better than I expected. The Rockwell's July 30, 2024

Great location. I liked the ease of checking in and out. I will be back to this particular place. The only recommendation I have is to have more comfortable couches. This is the case with every rental, Always older uncomfortable couches. Otherwise we had a great stay
